BECOME A TRAINER
American Civility Association is training an elite group of professional presenters for two specific purposes.
You can be trained for membership in our Speakers Bureau or become a member of our distinguished group of Heart Education Presenters.
WHAT TRAINERS DO
Speakers Bureau Members – You are our ambassadors in your community who spread awareness to business leaders, clubs, churches and other organizations. You explain who we are, the critical need for what we do. You also provide materials and resources, so people may join in the fight, and learn how they too can obtain a heart education. You will provide a short education overview with tips and insights into how civility helps each of us to live a safer and happier life. This is a volunteer position that requires an interview and specific training course with a readiness review to help insure you and your audience enjoy a successful experience.
Heart Education Trainers – You are the team that travels to the school campuses to train the educators and administrators for grades k through 12. In addition, you may also travel to business locations for presentations or even advance to a train-the-trainer position. Your job is at the heart of the success of the organization and requires an in-depth 3 day training course with an exam and readiness review. We require consistency of our message and methodology to insure the continued success of our research based approach. This level of training also requires FBI background screening. A background in education or non-profit experience is beneficial but not required. Presentation experience is also helpful. Other experience and talents are welcome for consideration.
