Your dollars are reducing disciplinary referrals by 80%, increasing learning gains up to 100 points, increasing attendance by 35% and kids are thriving. Why? Through reading and discussing our Kindness Literacy Books and Lessons, students learn to express compassion, gratitude, honesty and kindness. Our events include a Kindness Challenge Week with a concentrated effort to help every child earn a HEDGIE charm and award. It is a powerful week where even kids who believe they are not good, learn there is kindness in all humankind. We are designed for it! Plus, when kids experience the good feelings from these brain-building tools, they enjoy using them more and more.
